Well, I didn’t get nearly as much done as I had hoped this weekend, but it was a pleasant two days all the same.

Addam was off on Friday night, and while we stayed up late, we really didn’t do much of anything. We watched a few episodes of Scrubs and a movie or two and called it a night.

Saturday, however, was very fun. Addam woke me up early to do some laundry and pick up around the house. We took a Subway break between loads and have a very relaxing, slow morning.

Tatiana came by around 2 p.m. for some dress shopping, but it took us a long time to figure out the quickest, least confusing bus route to Coral Gables. By the time we figured out our way we had missed the bus, so we went to the nearby Walgreens and bought a bunch of magazines and junk food instead. I got a bridal magazine, and we compared notes on what we liked.  We were both up late the night before, so Tatiana headed home around 5 or 6 p.m.

I wish I could say I got a lot done after she left, but I literally fell asleep until Addam got home at 1 a.m. By that point I had pretty much had a full night’s sleep, so I ended up watching a couple of Buffys by myself while Addam rested up for an early workday.

Luckily, I still made it up by noon the next morning. I hate throwing off my sleep schedule and sleeping the majority of my day away.

I spent the day creating a wedding Web site on The Knot. The site kept messing up, so it took a lot longer than I thought it would, but it’s finally up and running. Unfortunately, putting it together made me realize just how much I left to do before the wedding. I have no idea how we’re going to bring it all together in 5 months, but Addam and I are baby-stepping our way through. Just like we always have.

Addam got home from work around 6 p.m. and we spent the evening watching Scrubs and Pineapple Express. Once again, we didn’t do much, but it was nice. But as I have another early day tomorrow — I’m going to call it a night. Make sure to check out the site and let me know what you think. (I have a guestbook!)

I always love the quotes you have at the bottom of the Novitiate. They always tie in perfectly –
