I wanted to take a minute this Mothers’ Day to celebrate and appreciate my two favorite moms, who also happen to be my two best friends. This is just a quick blog post, but the love and appreciation that I have for this little family could fill a library.
I’ll suffice it to say — Theodore Gray, if you ever read this, I hope you know just how long and how hard your mommas worked and waited for you. What others happen into, they did deliberately, with intention and with purpose. And that purpose was you. You made them a mother, but they wished for you long before you got here. And we’re all so happy you’re here now!
Sierra and Becca — it has been WILD and wonderful to watch you both transition into parenthood. It is so hard, but you are already so good at it. Theodore is going to grow up knowing exactly how loved he is, and that’s the best that any baby could ever hope for. I am not lying when I tell you that each one of you really hit the jackpot. You’re so lucky to have each other, and I am so lucky to have you all.
I love you!
